Mercy Education Institute has been rendering a noble service in education and training for the last fourteen years. During the last three years it temporarily halted admitting students for primary grades especially pre- grade, Grades 1 & 2 though there has been a demand from many parents for the simple reason that there is an acute shortage of space, classrooms and hostels. The management was hunting for a suitable place to conduct classes in order to fulfil the demands of public. Alhamdhu lillah with the grace of Almighty Allah we found a place with necessary facilities near Thillayadi railway station and the school was started on the 15th of January 2024. 16 students were present with their parents for the inaugural session. The Director of Mercy Education Institute Dr.A.Fouzul Rahman (Naleemi) delivered the inaugural speech and As Sheikh A.G.M.Irfan (Naleemi) explained the Islamic view of role of parents in educating their children The parents who were pressing us were very happy to admit their children to the Primary School where we were able to accommodate students for pre-grade, grade 1 and grade 2. The children were also very happy to see the environment of their classrooms and the materials available for them learn by doing. All of them left the school with happy faces.
